Everything is Energy.
It is the building block of all that exists in the universe. And, Energy is aware of All That Is.
The New Akashic Records, Cheryl Marlene
When I talk about ‘energy’, I am speaking of that unseen and invisible force of the universe that permeates everything around us. Physicists tell us that energy can neither be created nor can it be destroyed; it simply transforms from one form to another. We don’t fully understand what energy is, but we certainly know it exists and plays a fundamental role in the workings of the cosmos. I like to think of it much like the wind; while it remains invisible to the naked eye, you can certainly see its force when it meets resistance, such as when it bends trees or creates ripples on the surface of water.
The Tao which can be described as
is not the eternal Tao.
The name that can be pronounced
is not the eternal Name.
The unnamed is the limit of heaven and earth.
The named is the mother of creation.
– Tao Te Ching
The Tao, the elusive “Way” of Eastern philosophy. It speaks of Qi (or Chi), the vital life force, the pervasive energy that animates all existence. The Tao itself is often seen as the ultimate, unmanifested potential from which everything flows effortlessly.
In the verse above, the Tao is defined as the undefinable, unseen, nameless. It IS the source. It was before God.
From Potential to Form
Energy moves on a continuum between potential and form.

Obstacles will appear, just like resistance in any energetic system. Picture the wind across the water causing ripples to form – the ripples take form from the wind meeting resistance against the water, creating a dance of movement that reflects the energy being exerted. This is much the same way the leaves on a tree sway gracefully in the wind. In both cases, the dynamic interplay between the elements demonstrates how forward movement can only arise from overcoming resistance. Let’s call this resistance: Intention.
Intention Gives Energy Direction
Intention serves as the driving force that guides us through the turbulence of life’s challenges, channeling our energy to navigate the obstacles and harness the power within to transform our dreams into reality. Fear, procrastination, external challenges – these can feel like immense weights. But remember, the universe is constantly moving from potential to reality.
Ancient Wisdom and Today’s Thinking
Quantum Physics whispers a similar truth. At the subatomic level, particles don’t just exist as solid points; they exist in a state of superposition, a dazzling cloud of probabilities, holding multiple potentials simultaneously. It’s only through the act of “observation” – conscious awareness and interaction – that these possibilities “collapse” into a definite reality. Isn’t that breathtaking? It suggests that focused attention, energetic intent, plays a profound role in bringing potentials out of the realm of pure possibility and into tangible existence.
And what of Akasha? In various spiritual traditions, it’s described as an ethereal, all-pervading essence, the primordial substance of the cosmos. Imagine it as a vast, cosmic library, holding the blueprint of every possibility, every past, present, and future event. It’s the ultimate field of pure potential, where everything exists as an idea before it takes form.
Potential is self-aware of the intention of its motion. Potential knows, chooses to participate, and willingly expresses its intention as form.

Your Infinite Becoming
What unexpressed potential is stirring in your soul, echoing the unmanifested Tao or the quantum wave of possibility? What dreams and transformations are awaiting release from the Akasha of your being?
You are not merely observing the universe’s grand conversion of potential to energy; you are that conversion. Embrace the journey of your infinite becoming.
Bringing it all Together
Over the past year I have been writing about energy, thought, the law of abundance; and I have introduced a bit of the Tao, Akasha, and some writings from A Course In Miracles. Now, I want to start to bring it all together. There is so much to discover and to share, and I hope you will join me here each *Sunday for a new post.
IN JOY,
Cindy
