One Opens to Spirit; the Other Shapes Physical Experience
Miracles are thoughts. Thoughts can represent the lower of bodily level of experience, or the higher or spiritual level of experience. One makes the physical, and the other creates the spiritual.

Higher Thought
Our mind can open to Higher Thought, which recognizes our connection with all life and gently corrects the perception of separateness when we are willing to receive it.
- Higher thought creates the spiritual.
- When we lift our thoughts through love, generosity, joy, and compassion, our perception becomes clearer. We begin to see ourselves in others and to recognize the sacred connection we share with all life.
- Everything we perceive is reflected within consciousness; nothing is truly outside the wholeness we share.
Lower Thought
Our conscious mind, or ego, often perceives itself as separate, identifying with a physical body and seeing the world as something outside itself.
- The ego often arises from fear. Believing itself to be separate, it tries to protect the body and defend against what it perceives as threat or attack. From this place of fear, it may create stories that justify separation and conflict with what appears to be outside itself.
- This perception can lead to thoughts and actions that deepen the experience of separateness, anger, scarcity, loss, pain, jealousy, and guilt. These are lower thoughts and the painful experiences that arise when we forget our shared connection.
- Lower thought makes the physical.
We are gently invited to live a life filled with love, abundance, and grace by becoming mindful of the thoughts we choose and by practicing the sacred art of seeing love in everything and everyone. As we soften our hearts and allow compassion to guide our perception, we begin to recognize our shared light, cultivate deeper connection, and welcome more peace and joy into our daily experience. Though this path may sound simple, it asks for patience, devotion, and a willingness to return to love again and again.
Over time, we can learn to behold the beauty and holiness present in each moment, allowing our relationships, choices, and inner life to be gently transformed. Through this growing awareness, we become more than witnesses to love; we become vessels through which love, kindness, and healing may move into the world.
In Joy,
Cindy
